A black winged liner and red lipstick combo is always a solid (albeit safe) choice for the holidays. But if you're the kind of person who puts your lights up and decorations the day after Halloween, you need something a little ~extra~ for your look. And who better than Kandee Johnson to show you over-the-top makeup amazingness? Not only is the beauty YouTuber the embodiment of the saying "sugar and spice and everything nice," but also she has mad makeup skillz.

So how would Kandee get ready for the holiday season? She starts off with styling her signature rainbow hair with her recently launched trio of candy/cookie/cider-scented shampoos and conditioners with OGX Beauty. Then, she breaks out her makeup kit and gets started with her lewk. Watch the video above to see how she creates a candy cane lip and an ice queen-inspired eye, and shop the products she uses below.

1. Start with a cat eye to serve as your guide. Any liner will do because you'll be covering it up in the next step. Or skip this step if you're a pro and don't need a guide.

2. Use individual lash glue (Kandee says this kind is the most transparent) to glue down gold rhinestones. Try DUO Individual Lash Clear Adhesive and craft rhinestones.

3. Touch up between the stones with gold glitter liner. Try Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner in "Midnight Cowboy."

4. Frost your cheekbones and temples. Use a combo of highlighter and body glitter. Try the Anastasia Beverly Hills Aurora Glow Kit and Lemonhead Crystal Tokyo Glitter.

5. Use the same glue to stick iridescent craft snowflakes to the tops of your cheekbones. The effect is subtle, but when the light hits it: BAM! Snow queen.

1. Apply red liquid lipstick. She used Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in "Outlaw."

2. Line your lips to clean up the edges. Try MAC Lip Pencil in "Cherry."

3. Add the stripes. Using white liner, alternate the widths of your lines to make it more candy cane-like. Try NYX White Liquid Liner.
