Talbot, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died, police said.

A toxicology sample, required in all fatal crashes, was collected from Talbot and submitted for analysis.

Four fatalities in four separate crashes have been recorded so far this year in Troop C's coverage area.
