15th annual Hops and Props to take place this weekend
Apr. 13—MIDLAND — This weekend, the High Sky Wing will present the 15th annual Hops and Props Beer Tasting Fundraiser.
The event will take place from 7-10:30 p.m. April 15 at the Hangar at the Commemorative Air Force High Sky Wing (located at 9600 Wright Drive in Midland).
Patrons will get to sample more than 50 different beers in the company of vintage warbirds and enjoy live music by Texas Rain.
A silent auction, 50/50 raffle and bottle cap pull will also be a part of the evening's activities.
All proceeds will benefit the CAF High Sky Wing and the Midland Army Air Field Museum.
No one under the age of 21 is allowed and IDs are required at the entrance.
General admission tickets are $45 per person in advance or $55 at the door and include unlimted beer tastings, appetizers from local restaurants and a commemorative glass.
A non-alcohol drinking ticket is offered for $25.
VIP tables are available for $550, which includes eight tickets.
