15-year-old boy injured in Bronx shooting: NYPD

BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A 15-year-old boy was shot and injured in the Bronx Friday night, authorities said.

The teen was in the leg near Grand Concourse at 7:57 p.m., according to the NYPD. The victim was rushed to a hospital in critical condition, authorities said.

Early Saturday morning, investigators said that the victim was no longer in critical condition, authorites said.

No arrests have been made and the investigation remains ongoing.
