14-year-old, 15-year-old arrested in connection to fatal Osprey Avenue shooting, Sarasota police say

Sarasota Police officers have arrested two teens in connection to a fatal Thursday night shooting.

A 14-year-old and 15-year-old boy, both from Sarasota, were arrested in connection to the shooting near the intersection of 31 Street and Osprey Avenue. A 28-year-old man was shot just after 10 p.m. and died from his injuries.

Both teens are facing murder charges.
