A 12-year-old girl was shot in the arm during a wild brawl outside a Queens apartment building Wednesday night, authorities said.

About 10 people were involved in the melee on the sidewalk near the South Jamaica Houses when at least one masked suspect approached the group and opened fire around 7:45 p.m., police and sources said.

The preteen was struck by a bullet and rushed to Cohen Children’s Medical Center in stable condition, according to cops.

The victim’s neighbor said the girl was with her sisters and aunt as she ran back to her apartment for help.

“I saw when she ran upstairs. She was upset and crying,” the neighbor said. “They were wrapping her arm up and they put her in the ambulance.”

Police said the victim was involved in the fight, but it’s unclear if she was the intended target.

The masked suspect was with another person, though it wasn’t immediately clear if they both fired guns, police said.

A 26-year-old woman was also stabbed in the chest and an 18-year-old woman suffered a head injury during the fight, authorities said. Both were hospitalized in stable condition, cops said.

So far, no arrests have been made.

About five shots were fired during the brawl, the neighbor said.

“I heard boom boom, boom and then again — boom, boom,” the neighbor said. “And then I heard screaming and saw them running.

“They came running upstairs. I live right across the hall from them and I just was hoping no one was coming after them.”

The neighbor believes the girl was caught up in the gunfire.

“They shot at whoever was out here,” the neighbor said. “It just so happens she got caught up in it, and got shot.”

The shooting comes just hours after a 15-year-old was injured when he was stabbed on Queens street near his school as part of a troubling trend of teens that have fallen victim to crimes in the Big Apple in recent weeks.
