10 years later, (a tiny bit of) 'Degrassi' money is still rolling in for Drake

The grind never stops for the 6 god.

Before the Toronto native worked his way to the top, Aubrey Drake Graham played Jimmy Brooks on the television show Degrassi

It has been almost 10 years since Drake's final episode in the teen drama, but when you've got a show with a cult following like Degrassi does, the money never stops rolling in, as evidenced by the new pay check of a whopping $8.25 from the show that the rapper showed off Tuesday on Instagram

"Degrassi money still coming in don't sleeeeeeeep...," he wrote on Instagram, adding in every money emoji.

On the show, Drake played Brooks, the high school basketball star who, after being shot, uses a wheelchair. He eventually left to become the living breathing meme and musician we know today.

This latest check is enough money to buy two and a half bagel doughnuts, so to that we say: way to go, Drizzy.
