10 total suspects arrested in two separate marijuana grow robberies

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — On Friday, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation announced that they have arrested 10 total suspects in two separate marijuana grow robberies that occurred in January. One of the suspects is being charged in connection to both incidents.

On January 7, Okfuskee County deputies responded to a reported incident at a marijuana grow site near Castle, Oklahoma, where they discovered 53-year-old Harry Dam dead from an apparent gunshot wound.

Other victims who appeared to have been assaulted were also found on scene.

Marijuana business not up to fire code goes up in flames

The Okfuskee County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance from OSBI special agents in the homicide investigation. On April 24, OSBI special agents, U.S. Marshals and Oklahoma City Police arrested the following suspects in Oklahoma City in connection to the robbery and homicide:

  • Dillon Brown, 24

  • Isavier Dawkins, 18

  • Holland Mason, 38

  • Kayla Green, 23

  • Yi Lee, 50

The second incident, a home invasion robbery in Stephens County, occurred on January 27.

OSBI special agents, Stephens County investigators, Texas Rangers, Waco Police, and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Police arrested the following suspects in Texas in connection to the robbery:

  • Justin Stewart, 31

  • Artist Stewart, 36

  • Ricky Harris, 45

  • Timothy Evans, 29

  • Andre Dawson, 35

  • Yi Lee, 50
