1 suffers life-threatening injuries after reported Boone, NC stabbing

BOONE, N.C. (WJHL) – Police are investigating after a stabbing in Boone, North Carolina sent one person to the hospital.

According to the Boone Police Department, officers were called to a home in the 400 block of Dove Circle on Sunday shortly after 10 p.m.

CCSO: 5 charged with attempted murder after August 2023 assault

Police arrived along with other first responders and found a person with life-threatening injuries after a reported stabbing.

The injured person was transported to Baptist Hospital to undergo treatment, police stated in a news release.

Boone police reported the other person involved in the incident was identified. According to police, there is no threat to the public.

No identities have been released as of Monday. Boone police have not stated if any charges have been filed.
