1 stabbed at Denver car wash, possible suspect in custody

DENVER (KDVR) — The Denver Police Department said officers had a possible suspect in custody after a stabbing was reported in the 200 block of North Broadway on Wednesday afternoon.

The incident allegedly occurred at a car wash business around 1:15 p.m. across the street from an apartment complex.

According to witness accounts by a FOX31 photographer, before the stabbing a fight broke out, resulting in yelling and horns blaring.

One person was transported by medical personnel to a hospital, according to the Denver Police Department.

Officers taped off the area and were preparing an investigation into the incident.
