1 severely injured after rescued from canal in South-Central El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A person suffered severe injuries after they were rescued from a canal on Monday, May 13 in South-Central El Paso, according to the El Paso Fire Department.

The Fire Department says its water rescue crews pulled out the person from the canal at Loop 375 and the Fonseca exit just after 7 a.m.

The Fire Department says the person suffered severe injuries and the scene was turned over to law enforcement.
