LANSING — One person suffered critical injuries Thursday evening in a two-vehicle crash at Mt. Hope and Washington avenues.

When firefighters arrived at the scene at about 8:30 p.m., they found one vehicle overturned and the driver had been ejected during the crash. The individual was treated by medics and transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

The driver of the other vehicle was pinned inside and had to be extricated by the LFD. They were treated and then transported to a local hospital where they were in stable condition.

The crash is under investigation by the Lansing Police Department, the release said. No information on the drivers or the cause was provided.
