1 injured in Buchanan Street shooting

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Authorities are investigating a Sunday night shooting that left a man injured in North Nashville.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD), the shooting happened just after 10 p.m. on Sunday, May 20 in the 2100 block of Buchanan Street.

Officials said they arrived to the area and found a man who had been shot. The extent of his injuries remains unknown.

There’s no word on what led to shooting or if any suspects have been taken into custody. The incident remains under investigation.
