1 hospitalized after southwest Charlotte shooting
One person was hospitalized Friday night after a southwest Charlotte shooting, MEDIC said.
1 fatally shot in north Charlotte, MEDIC says
Crews were called to the 4200 block of Branch Bend Lane off Steele Creek Road around 9 p.m. Friday.
MEDIC says the shooting victim had to be rushed to Atrium Health Main for their serious injuries.
A viewer sent Channel 9 video of the scene. She said she came home to her apartment surrounded by CMPD officers.
No additional details have been made available. Channel 9 asked CMPD what led to the violence and if anyone will face charges.
