1 hospitalized, dog dies after Cleveland house fire

CLEVELAND (WJW) – One person was taken to the hospital in critical condition and a dog has died after a house fire in Cleveland Thursday afternoon.

According to the Cleveland Fire Department, the house fire happened on East 123rd Street.

2 killed in 5-vehicle crash on local interstate

One person jumped from a first-floor window to escape. That person was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center with lacerations to the legs in critical condition, according to the fire department.

Four adults are currently being assisted by the Red Cross of Northern Ohio. One dog died at the scene, according to the department.
