Foley Police: 2 people inside home during Airport Road shooting

UPDATE (7:32 p.m.): According to Foley Police, the person shot Monday on Airport Road is not the same person who was shot last week in the foot.

Police officials said the person who was shot last week was at the home when officers arrived.

There were at least two people inside the home when the shooting occurred, and both are cooperating with investigators.

However, “no one saw what happened,” an official said.

FOLEY, Ala. (WKRG) — One Foley home has been the site of two shootings just days apart, News 5 has learned.

Family identifies 19-year-old killed in Baldwin County May Day shooting

Authorities told News 5 that a victim was shot in the upper leg/thigh area Monday on Airport Road. This comes after a person was shot in the foot last Wednesday morning at the same home.

Following last week’s incident, the victim was taken to the hospital, and another person was detained for questioning.

It is unknown if this incident is related to last week’s shooting.
