1 flown to hospital after crash in Clark Co.

One person was flown to the hospital after a crash in Clark County Monday afternoon.

Around 3:20 p.m. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers and Clark County deputies were called to the 300 block of Newlove Road for reports of a crash, according to OSP dispatchers.

An initial investigation found that a Ford Focus driven by Shane Miller, 54, of London, Ohio, was traveling north on Newlove Road when Miller traveled off the right side of the road, hit a utility pole, a stump, and a tree, according to OSP.

Miller was taken to Miami Valley Hospital by Careflight.
