材料:
韭菜花 2紥
冬菇(浸軟切絲) 2朵
蔥(切段) 2棵
甜不辣(魚餅) 4片
蝦米 2湯匙
蒜茸 1茶匙
調味料:
雞湯 1湯匙
鹽、糖 各半茶匙
生抽 半茶匙
做法:
1.用熱水沾濕刀,將甜不辣上下片開,再切成寬條狀
2.蝦米用清水浸10分鐘至軟,水留用
3.開中火,燒熱鑊落油,放入蝦米、韭菜莖段甜不辣炒勻;再加入韭菜花段、蒜茸、雞湯、浸蝦米水、紅辣椒、冬菇絲炒勻
