By Sam Sodomsky.

Jeff Tweedy has announced a new album, Together at Last. It’s out June 23 via dBpm, and features solo acoustic renditions of songs Tweedy has performed with Wilco, as well as with side projects Loose Fur and Golden Smog. The tracklist includes “I’m Trying to Break Your Heart,” “Via Chicago,” “Hummingbird,” and more. Recorded at Tweedy’s own Loft Studios in Chicago, Together at Last marks the first release in a proposed retrospective series called Loft Acoustic Sessions.
