By Matthew Strauss.

The Shins have shared the video for a new song called “Dead Alive.” In the visual, there are skeletons and bright colors; also, James Mercer drives in a car and watches TV on the couch. In addition, there’s a poster for “I Gleek on Your Grave,” a mysterious video the band teased yesterday. Watch the “Dead Alive” video below; scroll down for the single artwork.

The Shins had debuted “Dead Alive” during a UK show in September. They last released Port of Morrow in 2012. In August, Mercer said the band’s next album will arrive in 2017. According to a press release, the new song is Mercer’s “Halloween gift while you wait for the album.”
