He also brought “3” hats for all of the hosts

By Sam Sodomsky.

Chance the Rapper was a guest on today’s episode of “The View.” During the interview, Chance discussed a wide range of topics, including his success as an unsigned artist, his identity as a “Christian rapper,” his charity work for Chicago Public Schools, and more. He also spoke about his appreciation for Kanye West, Justin Bieber, and Stevie Wonder, whom he hails as “the greatest living artist.” At one point, he addressed Donald Trump’s remarks about Chicago, as he’s done in the past. “I haven’t seen him in Chicago before,” Chance said. “I don’t know if he knows what he’s talking about.” At the end of the interview, Chance gives his trademark “3” hats to all the hosts of the show. Watch it all go down below.

Chance recently collaborated with Francis and the Lights for “May I Have This Dance (Remix),” which they performed together at Boston Calling festival. Chance also recently announced that he and Jamila Woods are holding a contest among Chicago Public School students to direct their new video for the pair’s HEAVN collaboration “LSD.” He is currently on tour behind last year’s Coloring Book.
