Tamia Reminds Everyone Her Vocals Are Are Still Supreme With Beautiful Instagram Video

For anyone who may have forgotten Tamia is one of the best, behold.

We’re not sure who asked singer-songwriter Tamia to cover Yolanda Adams’ classic “Open My Heart,” but to the wise soul who did, let us, on behalf of everyone who has ears, say thank you.

Grant Hill’s wife took to Instagram Monday night (April 25) and showed off her warm, yet chilling vocals as she sang Adams’ 1999 song from her album Mountain High…Valley Low, and with Prince and Billy Paul’s passing, Tamia’s rendition is right on time.

Anyone else needing this today? Thank you @yolandaadams #tamia

Instagram users littered Tamia’s post with a plethora of smiley-heart emojis, and several “Push through Tamia” after what can only be assumed were constant repeats of the singer doing what she does best. Last year, Childish Gambino covered one of Tamia’s classic records, “So Into You” and with all honesty, did the song justice.

Either way, we’re thankful Tamia decided to sing for us, even if it was just for a little bit.
