Song premiere: Joe Satriani debuts 'Catbot'
World-renowned guitar virtuoso Joe Satriani is poised to release his 16th solo album, What Happens Next, Jan. 12 on Sony/Legacy Recordings. The release features Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee bassist Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple/Black Country Communion) and the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ drummer Chad Smith, the latter reuniting with Satriani for the first time since their work in the supergroup Chickenfoot.

Video Premiere: Joe Satriani Debuts Moving, Charitable ‘Music Without Words’
World-renowned guitarist Joe Satriani and United Nations Musical Director Robin DiMaggio recently teamed up to compose a new song entitled, “Music Without Words” set for a digital release on November 4. A portion of all proceeds raised from downloads and streams will be donated to support UNICEF, the United Nations Children’s Fund.
