AT&T is jumping into the streaming game in a big way. The company officially launched it's cable-like service to customers while creating new competition for Netflix and Amazon Prime .
The company is promising DirecTV content on just about every screen you might own. It is also hoping to attract more millenials to its service.
The move comes just about five weeks after AT&T announced plans to buy Time Warner TWX for $85.4 billion. It will also go head to head with Dish Network's Sling TV and Sony's PlayStation Vue. In the coming weeks, they'll be joined by Alphabet's Google Unplugged and a similar service from Hulu.
