Thursday was “Jerry Lee Lewis Day,” and Skyville Live hosted a special tribute show for the 81-years-young rock ‘n’ roll legend himself. George Strait, Chris Stapleton, Kris Kristofferson, Toby Keith, Lee Ann Womack, Waylon Payne, and others honored “The Killer” in Nashville, where the street outside the venue was renamed Jerry Lee Lewis Lane; longtime admirer Keith Richards sent a video message from his tour with the Rolling Stones; and Lewis even hopped onstage for the spirited all-star finale.
