RZA Shares Video for New Song About Refugee Crisis

“Let's make America great again, but not a place that's filled with bigotry, racism and hate again”

By Noah Yoo.

RZA has linked up with Italian electronic duo Parisi for a new song. It’s called “No Refuge,” and it tackles the worldwide refugee crisis, with the Wu-Tang honcho speaking directly on the situation in Syria and addressing the travel bans the Trump administration has attempted to implement. “Let's make America great again, but not a place that's filled with bigotry, racism and hate again,” he raps. “I wanna fall at the feet of Lady Liberty, from the redwood forest to the Gulf Stream...but they won't let me in, no, they won't let me in.” Check out the Ben Strebel-directed video for the new song below. All proceeds from sales and streams for the song are set to go to the United Nations Refugee Agency.
