Ringo Starr will release an e-book next month featuring previously unseen photos of the Beatles at their pinnacle. The drummer has unearthed the photos from his personal collection for the project, which is due on June 12th, Reuters reports.
Photograph, which will be available on Apple's iBookstore, will coincide with a Grammy Museum exhibition dedicated to Starr called "Ringo: Peace & Love."
The book will feature photos from throughout the musician's life, including rare images from Starr's childhood in Liverpool and candid shots documenting the Fab Four's rise to fame on the road. The collection will also include behind-the-scenes shots of the Beatles in their daily lives.
"These are shots that no one else could have," Starr, 72, said in a statement.
Accompanying video commentary has been recorded by Starr for the e-book, and a hand-bound book signed by Starr himself will be available in limited edition in December.
