The Memphis native has a busy season ahead of her as she chronicles her relocation to Los Angeles. She puts her dating life on display, rekindling a romance with an ex, exploring outside of her race, and even getting flirty with Safarfee Samuels, Nicki Minaj’s former beau.
Career wise, she aims to stray from her R&B roots to record a “non urban” album. Plus, the singer, who has been open about working as an exotic dancer in the past, revisits her old strip club stomping grounds to makeover one of the rooms.
The trailer catches moments of more emotional storylines including betrayal from a hometown friend and seeking protection from a stalker.
Season 1 was the Number 3 new cable series among women aged 18-49.
