Meet Sacre. The enigmatic Parisian electro-pop duo, whose name translates to 'sacred' in English, first touched down with their lush, shimmering debut single "Gaia," named after the Greek mythological personification of Earth.
Today, the duo return with another cosmic offering by way of their kaleidoscopic, disco-tinged new single "The Call," premiering exclusively via Billboard.
Anchored on minimalist dance-pop production, the track recalls both Daft Punk and Justice, as the male-female duo alternate turns on the mic, cooing about the importance of global harmony: "calling all around the world tonight / people come together everyone unites."
"We thought 'The Call' as the first sunbeam of the day, as an undulation deep down inside us," the duo tells Billboard of the song's origin. "An invitation to wave our lives. All united."
