Harry Styles' new single already has approval from two of his former bandmates.
Shortly after Styles officially released his first solo single, "Sign of the Times," in the early morning hours of April 7, Niall Horan and Liam Payne took to Twitter to give his One Direction pal a shout-out.
"Love it H," Horan tweeted in response to Styles' tweet about the song, with Payne adding, "proud of you H. Glad you're getting to do your own thing." As if Directioners everywhere weren't already crying over Styles' dynamic piano-based power ballad, once they saw these tweets, it's safe to say they were losing their minds.
@Harry_Styles Love it H .

In an interview with SiriusXM Friday morning, Styles admitted that he didn't have any of his One Direction bandmates take a listen to his debut single before releasing it. "I haven't played it for many people, I've kept it very close to my chest," he admitted. Clearly Horan and Payne didn't mind that they had to wait to hear the song like the rest of the world.
Along with Payne and Horan, some of Styles' other famous friends have expressed their love for the new song. Take a look at some of their tweets below.
