This week, Black Sabbath announced the complete itinerary for their summer American tour. Fans are dismayed that founding drummer Bill Ward continues to be excluded from the group, but they still put on a pretty incredible show. Recent gigs in Australia have featured bit hits like "Iron Man" and "War Pigs" mixed in with deeper cuts like "Dirty Women" and "Behind the Wall of Sleep."

They continued to do amazing work when Ronnie James Dio took over in 1980, and there are gems on latter albums with singers Tony Martin and even Deep Purple's Ian Gillan. There were times when only Tony Iommi remained from the original line-up, but they never lost their fundamental sound and vibe.
