The Beyhive has some competition when it comes to getting in "Formation." During a pep rally at North Stafford High School in Virginia on Friday, Stafford County, Virginia, sheriff's office Lt. Deauntay Diggs made the kisd go wild when he did a killer version of the routine from Beyoncé's visual album at their homecoming rally. Diggs, 31, has performed the dance at a number of other fundraisers and events.

According to WDAM, Diggs is a huge Beyoncé fan and the first openly gay deputy to serve in the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, where he has worked since 2008. He's previously done the dance at a high school football game and posted a routine on his Instagram.
