Cee Lo Green will return to The Voice next month to perform, along with Rod Stewart, Pharrell Williams, T.I., Lady Antebellum and Robin Thicke. Green and Stewart will perform on May 8th, according to The Associated Press, while Williams, T.I., Lady Antebellum and Thicke will perform on May 14th.
Green served as a coach on the first three seasons of the NBC talent competition before taking a break this year to work on a solo LP and a project with his rap group, Goodie Mob. Fellow coach Christina Aguilera is also taking a break from the show this season. Usher and Shakira are filling in for them.
After several weeks of battle rounds gauging the contestants' relative strengths, The Voice this week began knockout rounds as the four coaches reduce their teams in preparation for the competition to go live next month.
