Morrissey fans who missed out on seeing the singer after health issues forced him to cancel so many dates on his recent tour may have something to look forward to. The fansite Morrissey-Solo unearthed the news that Morrissey's recent show at the auditorium of Hollywood High School will be turned into a concert film.
The show took place on March 2nd, just two weeks before Morrissey finally called off the tour, and featured an opening set by comedian Russell Brand, as well as plenty of Smiths classics. Judging by the film's listing in Eagle Vision TV's Spring 2013 catalog, it appears that Morrissey Live in L.A. will be arriving soon.
"Being the first concert film from Morrissey in many years, this rare show captures the former Smiths frontman playing live at the Hollywood High School in Los Angeles to a legion of loyal fans," the Eagle Vision catalog promises.
