Jury in Hudson family killings to return tomorrow

CHICAGO (AP) — Deliberating jurors at the trial of the man accused of killing Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and nephew are headed home without reaching a verdict.

After more than four hours going through the evidence, jurors were leaving for the day, court officials told reporters at around 9:30 p.m.

They are expected to resume deliberations on Thursday morning.

The judge told the jurors that they will be sequestered — meaning they will not be able to go home until they reach a verdict.
