“Music Complete,” the first true studio album from Manchester dance music pioneers New Order for over a decade, will boast a number of big name collaborations.

The new record may not feature the band’s original bassist, Peter Hook, who quit the group in 2007, but it will feature Brandan Flowers from The Killers.

Flowers will perform on the album’s closing track, “Superheated,” while, quite appropriately, punk and garage legend Iggy Pop will appear on a track called “Stray Dog.”

La Roux’s Elly Jackson has also been heavily involved in the new album, appearing on three tracks altogether.

As well as revealing the identity of the collaborators, on Tuesday New Order also confirmed that they will playing four gigs in the UK in November to promote the album.

However, there is currently no word as to whether the group intends to tour Europe or the US.

“Music Complete” will be released on September 25 on Mute Records.
