Lil Wayne Compares Cash Money Beef to Chris Bosh & Miami Heat on ESPN's 'His & Hers': Watch

Sports and music have always intertwined. As Drake once spit, "I swear, sports and music are so synonymous/ 'Cause we wanna be them and they wanna be us." The same can be applied to the case of Lil Wayne, avid Green Bay Packers and Los Angeles Lakers fan, comparing the hold-up of his highly anticipated album Tha Carter V to that of Chris Bosh's ordeal with the Miami Heat.

Speaking on Cash Money, Weezy stopped by His & Hers on Thursday (Oct. 13) and told ESPN, "Everything I've done for them, they wouldn't be them without me. But I'm off the team, so it's, 'Screw him as long as we can, make sure we're going to screw him as much as we can, and when we can't no more, let's see what happens to him.' That's what it looks like they're doing to Bosh, and I hope he make a comeback."

Just like Weezy's ongoing feud with Cash Money and labelhead Birdman, the Miami Heat forward has had a rocky relationship with his team. Bosh's last two seasons were cut short due to blood clots and he has been adamant about returning, but Heat president Pat Riley has said his career with the Heat is likely over.

Wayne continued to discuss Bosh's situation: "It's interesting. It's a perfect example that you aren't bigger than the game. It's a perfect example of that. You're not bigger than the team, and once you're off the team, it's not -- we don't care. Once you're off the team, we don't care. We're still a team, and we have to conduct ourselves as such, and we have to make the most for us. Reason being, I'm going through the same situation myself. So I know how it is."

The Young Money chief also has a bit of history with Bosh: In 2013, the rap mogul claimed to have slept with Bosh's wife after he was reportedly kicked out of a Heat vs. Lakers game in South Beach.
