Kobe Bryant Responds to Master P's Criticisms That He's Being 'Phony' to Lamar Odom

Master P told TMZ on Wednesday that he felt Kobe Bryant and the Kardashian family were being “phony” and “fake” in their support for Lamar Odom after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel earlier this week. Now, as Odom fights for his life, it appears the NBA legend has responded.

After Bryant left a pre-season game early on Tuesday to visit his former teammate in the hospital, Bryant posted to Twitter the below message with the hashtag #justpray.

Of course Bryant doesn’t directly mention Master P and could be addressing the culture more generally that would create media buzz out of these disparaging remarks. But in watching TMZ’s conversation with Master P, the rapper was mostly unprovoked in raising his criticisms, possibly warranting a reply or at least a reminder of what’s most important at times like these.
