The Congressional Art Competition is an annual contest for high school students to submit their works of art to their respective congressional representatives for a chance to be put on display at the United States Capitol for one year. Among the 2017 winners is Tiona Cordova, a student at Centennial High School in Pueblo, Colorado, as XXL points out. Her piece, called Utmost Appreciation, is a portrait of Kendrick Lamar. Check it out below, via her representative Scott Tipton’s Instagram.
