EDM giant Kaskade is back in a big way with "Atmosphere," the infectious title track of his album that drops in September. The accompanying video for the single finds the Grammy-nominated DJ letting his imagination run wild inside a dance club photo booth, with extraordinary results.
"This video was really fun to make because I was able to get my fans involved," Kaskade tells Rolling Stone. "They are all so supportive and brought exactly the energy that we needed to make the video as fun as it is."
Kaskade's new number is the first in his decade-long career to feature his own lead vocals. "Atmosphere" debuted on Pete Tong's influential BBC 1 radio show last month.
2013 is shaping up to be a huge one for the DJ (born Ryan Raddon), who has booked large September shows in Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles and Brooklyn. He is currently in the midst of a 16-week summer residency at Marquee in Las Vegas.
