Kanye West Makes Peace Offering, Calls Kid Cudi 'Most Influential Artist of the Past 10 Years'

Kanye West is singing a different tune following his comments to Kid Cudi at a Saint Pablo tour stop last week.

After Cudi fired shots at Drake and Kanye West in a lengthy Twitter rant about the hip-hop industry ("These n---as dont give a f--- about me. And they aint f---in with me," he wrote), both targets responded at their respective concerts. Drake remixed a line of O.T. Genasis' "Cut It" while 'Ye hit pause on his set to say, "Kid Cudi, don't ever mention 'Ye name. I birthed you."

During his show at Houston's Toyota Center on Tuesday night (Sept. 20), West offered a message of peace. According to fan footage on Twitter, he said, "I just wanted to take time out to say Kid Cudi is my brother and I hope he's doing well." He also called the "Day 'N' Nite" rapper "the most influential artist of the past 10 years."
