Jana Kramer and Gleb Savchenko did their last tango, as the pair were the tenth dancers eliminated from Season 23 of Dancing with the Stars on Monday (Nov. 21).
The pair received the lowest scores of the evening for both their redemption dance -- the tango -- and a freestyle that suffered from a stumble.
The country singer and her dancing partner persevered in a season mired by injuries and the flu, but it wasn't enough to advance to the finals on the ABC dance competition.
For their redemption dance, Kramer and Savchenko danced a tango to Zedd's "Stay the Night." Judge Carrie Ann Inaba praised the duo's improvement over their previous tango, but still deducted for errors. For the tango, they receive 35 out of 40 points.
While the freestyle fared better -- and the use of a long scarf-like material choreographed to Sia's "Unstoppable" added a stunning visual -- Kramer stumbled in a mid-jump, and Inaba noted that she had to deduct points. Judge Julianne Hough admired the "risk," while Len Goodman said the dance was "beautiful," but the final score of 36 out of 40 wasn't enough to keep them in the competition.
The evening also featured Train, who performed their new single "Play That Song."
Tomorrow night's remaining dancers include Laurie Hernandez and Val Chmerkovskiy, James Hinchcliffe and Sharna Burgess, and Calvin Johnson and Lindsay Arnold competing for the prized Mirror Ball trophy.
