Gentle singer-songwriter Jack Johnson teams with his peer Ben Harper on "Changes," an engaging new track and video on From Here to Now to You, Johnson's album that is out September 17th. Shot live inside Johnson's Mango Tree Studio in Oahu, the clip catches him at work with producer Mario Caldato Jr. (who previously helmed 2005's In Between Dreams) and looking on as his old friend Harper puts down a mesmerizing Weissenborn slide guitar line.

In support of From Here to Now to You, Johnson will embark on a four-week North American headlining tour of intimate theaters and will donate 100 percent of his profits to charity. The trek is inspired by a run of solo acoustic shows he did in Hawaii last year.

"They were the most magical shows," he told Rolling Stone last year. "It gave you the time to tell stories and where the songs came from. I really enjoyed that."
