Hear It First: Europe Offers Preview of New Studio Album

Swedish legends Europe have always brought the rock to their fans without fail, a feat that continues in 2015 as the band is poised to release its 10th studio album, War of Kings, March 10.

Yahoo Music is excited to offer a first listen to the entire album a full week before its release. Turn it up loud!

The group’s Joey Tempest states, “War Of Kings is the album we always wanted to make, ever since we were kids listening to bands like Zeppelin, Purple and Sabbath…Our adventure is still ON!”

Europe, which saw explosive success in the ’80s (marked by hit “The Final Countdown”) went on hiatus from the late ’90s to 2003. The guys have since been re-establishing their musical legacy since their reunion, as Tempest explains: “Hey! We took the long road! But we wanted to re-establish Europe the proper way. It’s taken 10 years and countless tours since the re-union, but we’re finally getting there and we’ve done it our way!”
