Harry Styles joined The Graham Norton Show on Friday (April 21), performing "Sign of the Times" and enduring comical questioning in the show's hot seat.
Wearing a Gucci suit that guest Welsh comedian Rob Brydon joked looked like pajamas, Styles talked a bit about his forthcoming debut bustle album, among other more random things.
"I am excited because I'm really proud of it and I've worked quite hard on it," he said of the eponymous LP, eliciting a swoon from the audience that host Norton was quick to mock.
When asked how it is being a solo act, compared to being in One Direction, Styles said it was nice having more space in the dressing room before crediting his backing band, saying "they're amazing" and he feels "very lucky" to play with them. That answer received more prodding from Brydon, who asked whether Styles' band stays in the same hotel as him. His failure to reply with more than a smile suggested they do not.
Also revealed in the segment was that he once brought a carrot cake to a Fleetwood Mac concert, he did not get chlamydia from a koala bear and he seemingly auditioned for the role of a young Han Solo in an upcoming Star Wars movie -- something that had been previously rumored and he did not confirm nor deny, just smiled in response.
