Earlier this year, while visiting Howard Stern's SiriusXM radio show, The Late Late Show host told the story of how Carpool Karaoke came to be. It was inspired in part by an old Comic Relief skit he did with George Michael.

In the clip, Corden and George Michael rock out while driving and singing in a scene that has become a familiar sight to all music lovers.

The clip aired in 2011 on the BBC in the UK and it will now serve to forever remind George Michael fans of how the pop star always had a dash of whimsy.
