Flume dominated the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Awards Tuesday, Nov. 22. The internationally touring and platinum-certified artist took home an astounding eight trophies in the categories Album of the Year, Bet Pop Release, Best Dance Release, Best Cover Art, Best Male Artist, Engineer of the Year, Producer of the Year, and Best Independent Release.
In his acceptance speech, he spoke out against Sydney's controversial "lock-out laws," which force clubs, bars, and venues to shut their doors to new customers by 1:30 am.
