After releasing her sophomore album Long Live the Angels, Emeli Sande gifts her fans a new video for her poignant single "Garden." The misty visual finds the Scottish singer surrounded by exotic plants alongside special guests Jay Electronica and Aine Zion.
"'Garden' is one of my favorite songs from the album," Sande told Rolling Stone in a statement. "It is an expression of freedom and passion, two important parts of life, which I hadn't really explored until a few years ago. It was a great honor to work with the genius Jay Electronica and I'm very excited to introduce a very special talent, Áine Zion."
In an interview with Billboard last month, Sandé expressed her jubilation for being able to release new music for her fans. "I've been so impatient to share new music and perform new music, so it feels really great to get it out there and get real-life opinions back," she said.
"I think the new [album] is just a lot more grown up," she added. "I think I really know myself a lot better and have confidence in who I am, and I think that's reflected in the music."
