Drake’s Views If His Album Cover Was Real

The instant the album art for Drake’s Views was revealed, just about everybody figured that it was Photoshopped, that Drake wasn’t really sitting on the tallest free-standing tower in the Western Hemisphere and looking over the city of Toronto from about 1,500 feet up. It turns out that those suspicions were correct, as it quickly came to light that the image of Drake perched atop the CN Tower’s SkyPod was fabricated.
But imagine the view he would have had if he was actually all the way up there, gazing over The 6. It turns out that’s not too hard: The SkyPod observation gallery is a popular Canadian tourist destination, so there are plenty of ways to see what Drake would have seen, but from the safety of inside. The most convenient way without having to leave your computer is through this interactive online panorama:
Just open that link, set the view option to “Top of CN Tower,” and take a look at Toronto’s financial district, Lake Ontario, and the Rogers Centre (where the Toronto Blue Jays play their home games and the scene from the “Back To Back” cover happened), all from the Views vantage point.
