What a time for Donald Glover. After his FX show Atlanta was recently renewed for a second season, and with a possible album from rap alter ego Childish Gambino on the way, the actor/rapper has now reportedly welcomed his first child.
According to Us Weekly, the 33-year-old was spotted in Hawaii with his unidentified partner, who flaunted a baby bump while the pair were grocery shopping in January. The private couple were also seen in New York City in May, where the girlfriend was pushing a stroller with the baby.
Fatherhood adds to Glover's lengthy list of accomplishments. He previously played Troy Barnes in the NBC hit Community and was a writer for 30 Rock for three years. He created, executive produces and stars as Earnest Marks (who also has an infant daughter on the show) in Atlanta, which follows a Princeton University dropout and his cousin, Alfred "Paper Boi" Miles, on their pursuit of success in the Atlanta rap scene.
In September, the rapper hosted a three-night series of Pharos shows, where he previewed new music and visuals in Joshua Tree, California. In 2015, his 2013 effort Because The Internet was nominated for a Grammy for Best Rap Album.
Details about the baby's birth date and gender have yet to be revealed. Reps for Glover did not immediately return Billboard's requests for comment.
